When helping our partners build an ethically just, healthy, and cooperative world, we’re often confronting legacy systems that can drain energy and mental capacity for sustained caring. To keep ourselves sharp and energised, we make time for community gatherings, healthy food, laughter, hands-on experiments, and plenty of fresh air with our families and friends.
